All Sales Are Final: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@figleafteacompany.com.
We will gladly address the issue by replacing the item or offering store credit, as appropriate.

Shelf Life
Loose Leaf Tea: Best enjoyed within 6-12 months for optimal flavor, though proper storage can extend its freshness.
Herbal Blends: Consume within 6-8 months for the best taste and potency of the herbs.
